What brings you here?
Pick whatever fits best and I’ll help point you in the right direction.
How is this showing up for you?
There’s no right answer — just pick whatever resonates most.
How long has this been going on?
There’s no threshold you need to hit. People come to me at every stage.
Thank you for sharing that.
A lot of the people I work with come to me about what you’re going through. A short, free call is the simplest way to see whether CBT with me feels right for you. There’s no obligation, and anything you share stays confidential.
“The free call put me at ease. No pressure, just a conversation.” — A.M.

More about Jack
I'm a CBT therapist and researcher based in Edinburgh. I hold an MSc in Psychological Therapies with distinction from the University of Edinburgh, specialising in adapting CBT therapy for children and young people.
I'm actively involved in research funded by the Moray Endowment Fund, investigating brief low mood intervention success across Scottish mental health services. I'm also piloting a single session anxiety intervention for parents of children with anxiety.
I work with people of all ages, and believe that therapy should be collaborative, transparent, and provide you with skills you can use for the rest of your life.
